Privacy policy
- The administrator of the website at www.dpienczykowski.pl (hereinafter: the Website) is Dariusz Pieńczykowski, registered in the Register of Entrepreneurs under tax ID (NIP) 553-252-19-72 (hereinafter: Artefakt).
- Selected sections of the Website contain a form for sending inquiries about the services provided by Artefakt (hereinafter: the Form). Using the Form, the user may send Artefakt the following data: first name, last name, e-mail address, the name of the company they represent, contact phone number and the domain the inquiry concerns.
- Personal data provided in the Form are processed in accordance with the Polish Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) once the user consents to their use and processing by clicking the “Send” button in the Form. Consent given in this way is granted exclusively to Artefakt, for statistical and marketing purposes. The controller of the personal data is Artefakt.
- A user whose personal data are processed has the right to access, complete, update and rectify their data, to have its processing suspended temporarily or permanently, or to request its deletion. Access, completion, update, rectification, suspension of processing or deletion takes place at the user's request sent to dpienczykowski@gmail.com. The request should include the user's first and last name.
- The Website automatically collects data about all users' visits, such as IP address, browser type, operating system type, etc. These data are used for statistical analysis of user behaviour on the Website.
- A person whose data are processed is entitled, where necessary, to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
- The Website uses cookies to recognise users who have visited it before, in order to display the language they last used. Cookies do not contain any personal data.
- Artefakt ensures the confidentiality of all information obtained about users. This information will not be shared with third parties, except where Artefakt is required to provide it to authorised public authorities (e.g. a court or public prosecutor) in accordance with applicable law.
